Elevate Business Network

Terms of Membership

Last updated August 27, 2026

This policy is published in English, which is the governing version. If anything is unclear, please ask and we will explain it. Contact us

Membership

Membership of Elevate Business Network is personal to you and your business. It runs for the term you paid for and renews only if you choose to renew. Membership does not create a partnership, employment or agency relationship between you and Elevate Business Network or between you and other members.

Dues and payments

Dues are payable in advance for the term shown at checkout. Prices are stated before you pay. Cash and check payments are recorded by the network; card payments are processed by ValorPay.

Dues are generally non-refundable once a term has begun. If something has gone wrong, talk to us — we would rather resolve it than stand on a policy.

Events

Event registration is required and places may be limited. Paid events may have their own refund window, stated at registration. We may reschedule an event and will tell registrants as soon as we can.

Referrals and introductions

Referrals between members are made on the members' own judgement. Elevate Business Network facilitates introductions; it does not vouch for, guarantee or take responsibility for the work, advice or conduct of any member.

How we expect members to behave

Treat other members and their contacts with courtesy. Do not use the member directory to send bulk marketing, do not add members to mailing lists they did not ask to join, and do not misrepresent your business or your credentials.

Misusing the directory is the fastest way to lose access to it, because it damages the trust the whole network depends on.

Suspension and ending membership

You may end your membership at any time; it runs to the end of the paid term. We may suspend or end a membership for non-payment or for conduct that harms the network, and will explain why.

When a membership ends, the directory listing and portal access come down.

The website and portal

We aim to keep the site and member portal available and accurate, but they are provided as they are. Content on this site is for information; it is not professional advice.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Elevate Business Network's liability arising from membership is limited to the dues you paid for the current term, and it is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes

If these terms change in a way that materially affects members, we will tell members rather than quietly changing the date at the top.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States.
